Refund & Cancellation Policy

At J&M Empire LLC, we are committed to delivering high-value services and programs. Please review our policy carefully.

General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of digital services, coaching, and consulting, refunds are limited.

Financial Clarity Call Policy

Fees paid for a Financial Clarity Call are non-refundable.

However:

The cost of the Financial Clarity Call may be applied toward enrollment in any program or service if used within 7 days of the original session date.

After 7 days, the credit expires and cannot be applied.

Coaching Programs

  • Payments for coaching programs are non-refundable once the program has started
  • Payment plans must be completed regardless of participation

Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, and resources are non-refundable.

Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future session
  • No-shows are non-refundable

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice.

Exceptions

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of J&M Empire LLC.
